During March 16-20, 2026, representatives of partner institutions of the international UKRENERGY project took part in the next coordination meeting, which was held at the University of Genoa (Italy), which is the main coordinator of the project. within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 CBHE program. S.Z. Gzhytskyi Lviv National University of Biomedical Sciences was presented by the Head of the Department of Energy, Ph.D., Associate Professor Serhiy Syrotyuk and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Energy Taras Stanytskyi. The event was the penultimate coordination meeting of the consortium and was dedicated to summing up the interim results of the project implementation for the period from April 2025 to March 2026, discussing current tasks and planning further actions until the completion of the project, the term of which has been extended until November 2026.

The UKRENERGY project is aimed at developing and implementing new master's programs in the field of "Energy efficiency, thermal modernization of buildings and energy planning" at Ukrainian universities, as well as at disseminating modern educational approaches and specialized knowledge in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable development of buildings. During the coordination meeting, the participants discussed the status of the implementation of key project tasks, in particular, the procedures for purchasing equipment for educational laboratories of Ukrainian higher education institutions, the progress of the implementation of master's programs and conducting training sessions, the further development of information and dissemination activities, as well as the issue of external quality monitoring and evaluation of project results.


Participation in such events contributes to the strengthening of international cooperation, coordination of joint work of partners and the further development of modern educational programs in the field of energy efficiency.
