During a visit to the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU), a productive meeting took place regarding the prospects for developing cooperation between our universities.
Discussions focused on opportunities for student and staff academic mobility, participation in joint international projects under the Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe programs, the development of research partnerships, the signing of a cooperation agreement, and the organization of joint educational events.
As part of the visit, we also toured the LBTU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Institute of Food Technology, and the Fish Processing Biotechnology Center, where we learned about their activities and discussed prospects for future collaboration.
We sincerely thank our colleagues at LBTU for their hospitality, insightful discussions, and openness to new joint initiatives.
We extend special thanks to the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Lviv for facilitating international cooperation and supporting the development of partnerships between Ukrainian and Latvian higher education institutions.
We are confident that this meeting will serve as a significant step toward implementing joint projects, expanding academic mobility, and strengthening international partnerships in the fields of education and science.
